These Terms apply to all coaching, mentoring, programs, courses, sessions, workshops, hypnosis, NLP, Time Line Therapy®, meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, conscious breathing, nervous-system regulation practices, The Map of You™, audio and digital materials, and other paid or free services and content provided by Mind Soul Training and Amanda Lee (“Services”).

By purchasing, booking, accessing or participating in our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Services

Mind Soul Training provides coaching, mentoring, education, personal-development and wellbeing services.

The Services are not medical, nursing, psychological, psychiatric or other registered health services and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or mental-health condition.

Amanda Lee has previous professional experience and qualifications in nursing and medical/biological imaging but does not currently practise as a registered nurse or other registered health practitioner through Mind Soul Training.

Our Services are complementary to, and are not a replacement for, appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional healthcare.

We do not advise you to commence, cease or alter prescribed medication, medical treatment or other professional healthcare.

If you have a medical condition, are receiving treatment, are taking prescribed medication, are pregnant, or have any concerns about whether participation is suitable for you, please seek advice from your treating professional medical practitioner where appropriate.

Mental Health and Trauma

Mind Soul Training is not a crisis service and does not provide clinical mental-health treatment.

Our work may involve emotions, beliefs, personal history, patterns, identity and past experiences.

If you have a diagnosed mental-health condition, significant psychological distress, a history of serious psychiatric illness, past trauma that you are concerned may be affected by participation, current trauma-related difficulties, or any other circumstance requiring specialist mental-health care, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and support.

We may decline or discontinue a Service where we reasonably believe that the work falls outside our scope or that another form of professional support is more appropriate.

Personal Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own health, wellbeing, choices, decisions and actions.

We may offer observations, frameworks, practices, questions and suggestions, but you decide what is appropriate for you and how you choose to apply them. Please tell us if something does not feel appropriate for you and stop any practice that causes significant physical or psychological discomfort.

Goals and Results

We will commonly identify goals, desired outcomes and areas of focus with you during onboarding or at the beginning of program work together.

While our work is directed toward supporting those goals, we do not guarantee specific personal, emotional, psychological, health, relationship, professional, business or financial results. Results vary between individuals and depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, participation, implementation and factors outside either party’s control. Testimonials, examples and case studies describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of the same outcome for another person.

Spiritual and Metaphysical Perspectives

Some Mind Soul Training material explores consciousness, energy, intuition, spirituality, identity and other philosophical or metaphysical perspectives. These form part of our personal-development approach and are offered for exploration, experience and personal inquiry. They are not represented as medical diagnosis or treatment or as scientifically established medical fact. You are encouraged to use your own judgement, discernment and experience in relation to this material.

Confidentiality and Recordings

Information shared privately during individual work will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is authorised by you, required or permitted by law, or reasonably necessary in response to a serious risk to a person’s safety.

Group participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared by others.

Sessions, workshops or programs may be recorded where participants have been advised that recording will occur. Recordings may be used to provide program replays, course materials or internal business records.

Your identifiable image, voice, testimonial or personal story will not be used publicly for marketing without separate permission.

Intellectual Property

All Mind Soul Training materials and intellectual property remain the property of The Unified Field Pty Ltd or the relevant intellectual-property owner. This includes The Map of You™, frameworks, diagrams, methodologies, terminology, processes, exercises, workbooks, worksheets, audio, video, presentations, meditations, written materials and course content.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, these materials are for your personal use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, share, publish, distribute, sell, teach, licence, commercially use or create derivative training or coaching materials from our proprietary content.

Participation in a Service does not give you permission to teach, facilitate or commercially use The Map of You™ or any other proprietary Mind Soul Training methodology.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before commencement of a session, course or program.

Individual appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.

Once a course or program has commenced, change-of-mind refunds are not provided.

If Mind Soul Training cancels an individual session, we will provide a replacement session.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Free Content

Website material, social-media content, emails, videos, free resources, training and other general information are educational in nature and do not create an individual coaching, medical or professional-adviser relationship.

International Clients and Governing Law

Mind Soul Training is based in Queensland, Australia and works with clients internationally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Acceptance

By booking, purchasing, accessing or participating in a Service after being given access to these Terms, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them.
